Sure Ellie finally managed to forgive Joel therefore she doesn't care about Abby anymore. The choices those characters make are not convincing at all.

Sure Abby feels she has certain responsibilities towards Lev, but how could Lev change her mind about the revenge? Also she clearly doesn't care that much about human life considering she just killed so many of her former allies to get to there. Why does she care so much about Lev? From what I gathered Lev is just a kid that's stuck with Abby due to the circumstances. Abby clearly wants to complete the revenge until Lev's callout. Why did Abby let Ellie go for a second time after all her childhood friends have been killed off in the last few days? Is she so tired of this loop and want to start fresh? I don't feel this could overwhelm her desire for revenge. Also the fact the game killed Jesse right before letting you play as Abby did not help at all.įor me the story completely falls apart on Abby's day 3. (So is Ellie, but at least I sympathize with her due to TLOU1 and first part of TLOU2). It is hard to sympathize with Abby when she is an all-around bad decision-maker who ruins everybody's life around her. Never thought i would enjoy the gameplay part of a Naughty Dog game to this extend. Finished the game yesterday, gameplay is top-notch, I think it's the best TPS I've played beside Vanquish and MGSV, and I would place it slightly above RDR, Max Payne 3 and Control.
